Piesele din stocul din tara se livreaza in ziua primirii comenzii sau in ziua urmatoare si nu necesita, de regula, plata unui avans. Pentru comenzile externe se poate percepe avans la comanda, diferenta achitandu-se la livrare. La primirea comenzii respective, consilierul nostru verifica disponibilitatea piesei in depozitul extern si va aduce la cunostinta telefonic detalii privind termenul de livrare.

Informatiile privind preturile si disponibilitatea pieselor livrate pe comanda externa sunt actualizate periodic. De aceea pot apare situatii in care pretul de livrare din momentul respectiv sa difere de cel afisat pe site. Informatiile exacte, din momentul comenzii, va vor fi comunicate telefonic sau pe e-mail la primirea de catre noi a comenzii Dvs.

Costul transportului coletelor se include in factura de livrare a pieselor, dupa cum urmeaza:
1. pentru Bucuresti:
- colete de la 1 kg la 10 kg : 30 lei
- colete peste 10 kg: 30 lei +1.5 lei / kg suplimentar
2. pentru alte localitati din tara(traseu Fan Courier):
- colete de la 1 kg la 10 kg : 35 lei
- colete peste 10 kg : 25 lei +1.5 lei / kg suplimentar
Pentru piese de dimensiuni mari: bari fata/spate, capote, panouri fata/spate, usi, etc., costul transportului calculat volumetric este intre 100-120 lei.

Piesele de schimb comercializate beneficiaza de garantie de utilizare conform normelor legale privind bunurile de folosinta indelungata.
